Preparing for the GCSE German exam can be a challenging experience for several reasons. Not only is German widely considered to be one of the most difficult European languages, but it is also a tougher subject in which to excel than many others. Worse still, German is often taught fairly poorly at schools, leaving students unmotivated and without the support they need to succeed in their final exams. That’s where my teaching experience proves to be an invaluable asset. Having taught German for over 25 years, I know how to connect with my students and help them achieve top grades.

We tailor texts and grammar exercises relevant to your specific IGCSE/GCSE papers, run through past papers with you to explain typical questions and requirements and advise you on how to achieve full marks in all parts of your exam. In particular, German grammar can be challenging for students to grasp. However, my explanations will ensure that you master every grammar topic- from the use of German articles to German word order. Having prepared thousands of students for IGCSE/GCSE German, I am confident in my approach.

You can try your first GCSE group class for £40 for a 90-minute session before making further commitments. Select your preferred class from the GCSE German course options below and click "Trial Class" to secure your spot. If you enjoy the trial class and wish to continue, we'll offer three pricing plans.

Standard Rate- Recurring Payment (£210)

  • Five consecutive classes.

  • No cancellations are permitted under this rate.

  • Zoom recordings will be provided for missed sessions for catch-up.

Flex Rate- Recurring Payment (£220)

  • Select five dates within a two-month period based on your availability.

  • Reschedule one date within the same period with more than 24 hours' notice.

  • Zoom recordings are provided for missed classes with shorter notice.

Saver Rate- Recurring Payment (£400)

  • With ten consecutive classes, our most cost-effective option.

  • Receive Zoom recordings for any missed classes to ensure you stay on track.

One-Time Payment (£415)

  • 10 consecutive classes paid upfront without a recurring subscription.

  • Zoom recordings will be provided for missed classes.​

While recurring payment plans renew automatically until cancelled using the Wix payment system, our one-time payment plan needs to be renewed manually every ten weeks. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.​

1:1 IGCSE/GCSE German tuition and IGCSE/GCSE German classes with only 4-8 students 

Prepare for your exam with private one-to-one IGCSE and GCSE German tuition or join one of my small IGCSE/GCSE German classes with up to eight students. Lessons be attended in person at our Hampstead office or online via Zoom. All GCSE German courses can be joined after the start date, but we might have to arrange some revision lessons.
