Cancellation Policy

Ad-hoc private lessons without a plan: Our private German lessons are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 24 hour's notice the full fee will be charged. Private German lessons with a plan: Our weekly pricing plans are non-refundable. Lessons can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice.
