1:1 German tuition is the most effective way to learn German. While all our lessons are tailored to your specific requirements and are taught by expert tutors, they typically involve training in conversational German, reading and listening comprehension, and German grammar practice. For homework, we often assign short essays to solidify what you have learned in the lesson. Our German tuition, therefore, focuses on improving every aspect of your German language skills. We're also happy to focus on specific aspects of the language. Some of our clients, for instance, learn German for their research in history, philosophy or other fields. Others seek our help to work on a presentation in German or to prepare for a job interview in a German-speaking country. Whatever your motivation might be, the focus of our private German lessons is on you.

The rates of our in-person German tuition and online German tutoring
Our rates for private German lessons booked on an ad hoc basis are £85 for 60 minutes, £125 for 90 minutes, and £165 for 120 minutes. However, we also offer pricing plans for four monthly lessons. Lessons are typically held at our Hampstead office or online via Zoom. To book your lessons, click the Book Now button to see our current availability. If you can't find a slot that works for you, contact us and we will check if we can offer you lessons at your preferred time.
We also offer 90-minute and 120-minute in-person German lessons at your London home or office in zones 1-3 for £135 (for 90 minutes) and £175 (for 120 minutes), including travel expenses.
